It is not true that when you work on a call center that there is no possibility of gaining another notch in your job position. Like when you are punctual, loyal, and respectful and doing your job with passion, there is no doubt about some promotion. All you need is to believe in yourself and that you could achieve something more profound in this job.

  • limited learning experience - when you work at a call center, you must think about expanding your learning. It's not true that when you are a call center agent, you will be stuck in a chair for all your life.

  • more stressed out jobs - nope. Each individual has its own way of defining stress. But this job for me isn't one of them. There are a lot of customer call center companies that are trying to give their teams more access to a stress free working environment.

  • you need to have a master's - if you are a professional in your own field of choice, there is no need for you to get a master's degree to garner a job as a call center agent. Like we said earlier, if you are capable enough to go through the challenges of being one of the team experts, there is no question about you being successful in this field. You choose your own career, not somebody else's.
