Description
The Channel Development Professional 2 defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Channel Development Professional 2 develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
This position in 100% remote from anywhere in the US.

Required Qualifications
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Prior indirect or direct leadership experience
Minimum of 2 years call center service experience
5 or more years of technical experience- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance trends
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues
Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, adaptability, communication, conflict resolution, organization, and time management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
