Hours for this position: Monday - Friday, 10:30a-7:00p EST.
The WorkLife Consultant (WLC), also known as Analyst EAP WorkLife, is part of the RFL WorkLife Team and provides consultation, assessment and resource referrals to a variety of customers for a variety of needs including elder/adult care, child care, and basic/everyday needs. The WLC is responsible for providing Worklife consultation and informational services to members and plan sponsors. The most frequent requests received are for elder/adult care, basic/everyday needs, and mental health. The WLC assesses needs, proposes options and researches/screens potential community service providers to meet the assessed needs. Locates/provides resource referrals and coaches individuals on how to use resources to handle various life situations. Appropriately documents member interactions and research/case fulfillment in the system. Works in a call center environment and completes outbound phone calls between taking calls from the inbound queue. Not all calls will be research/referral oriented. Some calls may be more administrative or customer service oriented. Additional responsibilities assigned based on business need.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.50
Maximum: 40.10
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 1 years experience locating and referring to community resources specifically for the elderly and or adults with disabilities
- 1 years experience with doing assessments specifically with the elderly and or adults with disabilities
- 1 years experience in social work, social services or related field (ex. case management, discharge planning)
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish speaking
- Strong Computer and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented telephonic call center environment.
- Experience working in call center environment
Education
- Bachelors degree in social work/social services field required
- Masters degree in Social Work preferred
