**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking experienced full-time Customer Service Representatives (Patient Support Specialists) to join our talented team. 
Duties will include:
Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone and/or email
Build lasting relationships with patients
Processing patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
Support and train peers as needed
Comply with all state and federal laws
Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
At least 1 year of previous call center experience
Previous experience in a medical office/facility
Background in healthcare/ medical terminology
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Must be available for weekend shift rotation
