Geek Squad
The Geek Squad Service Hub Lead will be directly responsible for the support of the fulfillment of on-site Geek Squad delivery of Home Theater and Appliance products. Our Geek Squad Service Hub Lead partners with Supply Chain teams on-site to support operational and inventory processes.

Key accountabilities:
Communicates with consistency while protecting the Geek Squad brand both internally and externally to effectively execute the Company and Geek Squad Strategies within their area.
Oversees in-building processes for Geek Squad, including load in and load out of delivery vehicles, inventory and vehicle paperwork, and billing.
Validates inventory management processes are followed to minimize shrink and ensure proper level of inventory.
Supervises Operations Agent tasks, including Client pre, during, and post-delivery support, and Agent support.
Reviews Client feedback and escalations. Addresses opportunities through direct communication with Clients and Agents.
Works with Department of Defense to assist in resolution of escalated Client issues, including the issuance of gift cards for Client satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of leadership experience OR 1 year of Military leadership experience; inclusive of coaching, training, recognition, and performance evaluations
1 year Consumer Electronics or Appliances Industry experience or 1 year of call center experience.
21 years of age
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year experience managing a remote workforce.
1 year consumer electronics repair or installation experience.
