Call Center Assistant Jobs description
The position of a call center assistant requires a high-energy, results-oriented person who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. The individual should have good organization, language, and customer service skills. Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is also a must and so is the ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm. Further, a call center assistant is required to have a good understanding of the company’s services or the products. The call center assistant also requires the ability to handle discreet, confidential information, and attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures from beginning to end within established timelines are a must.A call center assistant is important to a call center as he/she provides administrative assistance to the upper management, which includes the creation of and the updating of reports. A call center assistant would also be working directly with customers in order to resolve any questions that they may have. The assistant would also ensure that an organized and smooth workflow is realized and that the set goals and objectives are achieved.
